After long days at a desk I treat myself to 10 minutes of foam rolling, letting the ball-like pressure work the quads, glutes, and calves. It feels like a self-massage, loosening knots and helping me move easier the next morning when I pair it with gentle mobility.

Foam rolling counts as a self-massage, easing fascia tension and improving blood flow, just moderate pressure and stay off inflamed tissue.
