From my experience, practice sit-to-stand with a stable chair, hip hinges, ankle circles, and gentle marching.

Try chair squats, hip hinges, heel-toe shifts, and ankle circles; do them slowly with a sturdy chair nearby for safety.

I found regular chair-stand practice and hip-hinge stretches helped me rise more easily; add ankle circles and calf raises to improve ankle push-off.
